Shipping & Returns

If the spent amount is S$100 (after all discounts) or more per single order, the delivery fee is free.

We charge standard delivery fee of S$10.00 for orders below S$100.00.

We check orders every day except weekends and holidays and will deliver as soon as possible when it fits into our delivery slots (2-3 times a week).

We are sorry, at this time we are unable to specify a specific delivery date or time.
We will contact you in advance of delivery and will change it if it is not convenient for you.

Depends on product as some of our products are pre-order.

Please contact us via Whatsapp immediately if you need.

Some of our products are perishable. We do not accept returns or refund requests for these items unless the item itself is damaged or defective.
For processed foods, if you receive a wrong quantity or wrong item, please contact us via Whatsapp within 12 hours of receiving with a photo. We will be happy to discuss a return/exchange or refund.
