Using a kabuto kettle distillation machine, which is rarely used today, we distilled it slowly, taking twice as long as usual.

Since this distiller is not the newest, it is not possible to produce large quantities.

This undiluted shochu is then aged in a clay jar for 10 years, resulting in a concentrated shochu with a unique flavor.

現在ではあまり使うことのないカブト釜式蒸留機を使い、通常の倍の時間をかけてゆっくりと蒸留しました。この蒸留器は最新のものではないので、多くの量を生産することはできません。
この原酒を10年間、甕壺の中で熟成させ、濃縮で他にない味わいの焼酎に仕上がりました。
