The rice used for raw material is grown in Japan and the sweet potatoes are grown in Kagoshima prefecture.
The koji is made by hand in a stone warehouse that has been used for over 100 years, and the fermentation tank made in a jar that has been used for over 100 years is used.
It is slowly distilled in an original distiller and aged in tanks for more than five years before being bottled.
This shochu has an elegant sweet aroma and a smooth taste.

原料米は国内産、甘藷は鹿児島県産を使用しています。
麹は100年以上使用している石蔵で手造りし、発酵槽にも100年以上使用している甕を用います。
オリジナル蒸留器でゆっくりと蒸留した焼酎は5年以上のタンク熟成を経て瓶詰めされます。
上品な甘い香りと伸びやかな味わいが特徴の焼酎です。
