This craft gin uses Kuma shochu as its base and is made with juniper berries, citrus peels and herbs from Kumamoto Prefecture.
You can enjoy its gorgeous aroma straight or on the rocks. You can also enjoy the unique character of jin jin GIN when used as a base for cocktails such as gin and tonic.
Since it is lightly filtered to preserve the aroma and flavor, it becomes slightly cloudy when served on the rocks or with carbonated water. You can also enjoy the change in color.
