Kumamoto Castle is made by aging the undiluted “Gokuraku” shochu for more than 3 years in old white oak barrels.
It has a soft oaky aroma and a yellow diamond-like color.
It’s also characterized by its own unique savory aroma, milky flavor, and sweetness of rice.
